Autonomique and F&P Mfg. Strategic Partnership

Today we're sharing a milestone we've been building toward since day one: robots powered by Autonomique are moving from pilot towards production deployment at F&P Mfg., a Canada-based Tier-1 automotive supplier and subsidiary of Japan-listed F.tech Inc. (TYO: 7212).

That makes us one of the first Physical AI companies to advance toward deployment on a live production line β€” not a staged demo, not a lab, but a real factory floor with real production standards.

What's actually happening

Our collaboration with F&P began in Fall 2025 with a paid pilot. We put a bi-manual wheeled robot to work on a precision-critical, multi-part assembly task in automotive chassis and suspension component manufacturing. This is the kind of work that leaves no margin for error.

After consistent results during the trial, we're doing the thing that's hardest in this industry: moving onto the live production line later this year. Together, F&P and Autonomique are advancing toward a strategic partnership that would see Autonomique-powered robots rolled out globally across multiple tasks and factory sites of F&P's parent company, F.tech.

Why this is hard β€” and why it matters

Manufacturers everywhere are facing the same squeeze: persistent labor shortages, rising costs, and growing production complexity. Traditional automation was built for fixed, repetitive tasks, so it struggles the moment anything changes.

Our robot autonomy platform closes that gap through a Generalist-Specialist architecture. It lets industrial robots perceive, reason, and execute multi-step workflows β€” and adapt quickly to new tasks without major retraining. The result is human-like adaptability paired with the cycle time, reliability, precision, and scrap-reduction targets real production demands.

And because the platform is hardware-agnostic, every deployment becomes a blueprint for scaling to additional tasks, lines, and sites.

"There is enormous excitement in robotics today, but most of it remains demo-grade: systems that look impressive yet routinely fail under real production demands. Manufacturing demands precision, repeatability, and zero tolerance for fragility. We built Autonomique to close that gap." β€” Vikrant Tomar, CEO, Autonomique

F&P sees it from the factory floor:

"As a Tier-1 supplier to the world's leading automakers, our production standards leave no margin for error. We evaluated numerous robotics solutions, and Autonomique stood out for delivering both the flexibility of a generalist system and the precision our lines demand." β€” Luis Mideros, General Manager, F&P Mfg.

Backed by people who've built this before

We're supported by a global syndicate of investors with deep experience backing category-defining robotics, AI, and deep-tech companies β€” led by White Star Capital, alongside Garage Capital, iNovia Capital, and the Innovobot IRV Fund. We're also fortunate to have proven robotics operators in our corner, including Clearpath Robotics and OTTO Motors co-founders Ryan Gariepy, Matt Rendall, and Bryan Webb.

"Autonomique's unique approach to combining deterministic reliability and AI-powered adaptability is the sort of approach the industry needs to unlock autonomous manufacturing at scale." β€” Ryan Gariepy, Co-Founder/CTO, Clearpath Robotics and OTTO Motors

What's next

This is the beginning. We're actively onboarding additional customers, expanding the platform to new production tasks, and extending into adjacent verticals including electronics and aerospace β€” laying the groundwork to become the intelligence layer for the next generation of autonomous factories worldwide.

We partner with a select group of the world's most forward-looking manufacturers and builders. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
